Who We Are

Built on 25 years
of winning.

At High Performance Athletics, our mission is to enhance each athlete's natural ability to reach their maximum potential. Research-based best practices, customized and tailored to individual goals.

Our nationally recognized coaches hold a collective 95 years of championship-level experience at the professional, collegiate, and high school levels.

From beginners to professional athletes, we have the knowledge, experience, and equipment.

Jason Greer founded High Performance Athletics after more than 25 years in education, administration, and athletics.

Over a 15-year tenure with Orange County Public Schools he was named Coach of the Year ten times, leading programs at Timber Creek and Windermere High Schools that set school records, qualified for state championships, and consistently ranked among the top performers in Florida.

Jason now serves as Head Cross Country and Track and Field Coach at Windermere Preparatory School.

His background as a school administrator, adjunct college professor, and classroom teacher shapes how HPA develops athletes: with the same structure, accountability, and long-term thinking that builds champions in the classroom.

Our Leadership

The minds behind
the mission.

Suvir Aylawadi is the Chief Technology Officer at High Performance Athletics and a student neuroendocrinology researcher. His work studying adolescent stress regulation, biomarker response under competition, and cognitive performance patterns forms the scientific backbone of what he built for HPA.

Suvir developed an AI-driven system for HPA that analyzes track meet performance data, timing variability, and training outputs to detect patterns in performance fluctuation and generate predictive insights for cognitive fatigue, neurological strain, and individualized training optimization.

His research established that peak athletic performance is inseparable from stress physiology and psychological state.

At HPA, those findings translate directly into tools that give coaches a full-spectrum view of each athlete, connecting physical output with mental health indicators to drive smarter training, recovery, and competition strategy.

Suvir is the first author of an original multi-day study examining adolescent stress regulation during repeated chess competition, analyzing cortisol and testosterone responses alongside decision-making and performance metrics.

He has been recognized with the Special Award for Outstanding Individual Research in Neuroendocrinology and Behavioral Psychology and 2nd Place, Senior Division, Behavioral and Social Sciences at the Dr. Nelson Ying Science Exposition, and his work has been published in the National High School Journal of Science.
